Έφυγε από τη ζωή σε ηλικία 62 ετών ο Eric Wagner, τραγουδιστής στα κλασικά άλμπουμ των Trouble.
Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευση στη σελίδα των Τhe Skull στο Facebook τις προηγούμενες ημέρες, ο Αμερικανός ερμηνευτής νοσηλευόταν καθώς είχε διαγνωσθεί με πνευμονία όντας θετικός στον κορωνοϊό.
Το δυσάρεστο επιβεβαίωσε με σχόλιό του στην εν λόγω ανάρτηση ο μεγαλύτερος γιος του, Luke Wagner.
Ο Εric Wagner υπήρξε τραγουδιστής των Trouble από το 1981 έως το 1997 και από το 2000 έως το 2007.
Μαζί τους κυκλοφόρησε τα καθοριστικά για την εξέλιξη του doom metal “Trouble” (1984), “The Skull” (1985) και “Run Τo Τhe Light” (1987), αλλά και τα επίσης σπουδαία “Trouble” (1990), “Manic Frustration” (1992), “Plastic Green Head” (1995) και “Simple Mind Condition” (2007) σε περισσότερο heavy rock ύφος

Eric Wagner, singer of Chicago doom legends Trouble and The Skull, has died at the age of 62. The frontman’s passing was confirmed in a post on Facebook by his son Luke this morning (August 23), after he was admitted to hospital with COVID pneumonia last week.
Eric fronted Trouble for seven albums including the masterful Psalm Nine (1984), The Skull (1985) and Manic Frustration (1992), as well as playing in post-Trouble outfit The Skull, and doing albums with Blackfinger and Lid.
