Αφορμή για αυτή την επαναδραστηριοποίηση,η εμφάνιση τους στο Prophecy Fest της Γερμανίας, τον Σεπτέμβριο. Το φεστιβάλ που διεξάγεται στην Cave of Balve από της 7 μέχρι της 9 του Σεπτεμβρίου.

Σχετικά με την επαναδραστηριοποίηση του συγκροτήματος, ο Don Anderson είπε τα ακόλουθα:

“Μετά από σχεδόν οκτώ χρόνια από τότε που το συγκρότημα διαλύθηκε, οι AGALLOCH επανασυνδέονται με σκοπό να παίξουν περιορισμένες συναυλίες.Η σύνθεση μας παραμένει η αρχική τριάδα, ο John Haughm φωνητικά και κιθάρα, Don Anderson κιθάρα και ο Jason Walton μπάσο. Θα μας βοηθήσει ο Hunter Ginn στα τύμπανα. Θα ξαναβγούμε, ίσως όπως αρμόζει, από το Balver Höhle, το οποίο είναι ένα σπήλαιο που χρησιμοποιείται από τους ανθρώπους από την εποχή του λίθου, στο φετινό Prophecy Fest. Είμαστε οπαδοί του roster των συγκροτημάτων της Prophecy Productions από την ίδρυση της και είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να κάνουμε το ντεμπούτο μας σε αυτό το φεστιβάλ μετά από τόσο καιρό απουσίας”.

Παράλληλα, ο ιδρυτής της Prophecy Productions,Martin Koller πρόσθεσε:

Nothing lasts forever they say and as it has been proven, the same applies to the cases of bands that have broken up. Since 2016,where they announced the end of their run, AGALLOCH announced their reunion for a limited number of shows.

The reason for this reactivation,their appearance at Prophecy Fest in Germany in September. The festival takes place in the Cave of Balve from September 7 to 9.

About the reactivation of the band, Don Anderson said the following:

“After nearly eight years since the band broke up, AGALLOCH are reforming with the intent of playing limited shows.The line-up remains the original three: vocalist and guitarist John Haughm, guitarist Don Anderson, and bassist Jason Walton. We will be aided by Hunter Ginn on drums.We will re-emerge, perhaps fittingly, from the Balver Höhle, which is a cave used by humans since the stone age, at this year’s Prophecy Fest. We’ve been fans of Prophecy Productions‘ roster of bands since their inception and are pleased to make this fest our debut after being gone for so long”.

Meanwhile, Prophecy Productions founder Martin Koller added:
