Οι folk metallers CELLAR DARLING δημοσιεύουν το βίντεο για το DANCE .
Το τραγούδι κυκλοφόρησε στις 8 Ιανουαρίου 2021 και η αρχική σκέψη ήταν να είναι μέρος του concept άλμπουμ της μπάντας το 2019 με τον τίτλο The Spell. Όμως το τραγούδι ξαναγράφτηκε εξ ολοκλήρου το καλοκαίρι και το φθινόπωρο του 2021 . Η έμπνευση ήρθε από την επιδημία του χορού το 1518 στο Στρασβούργο που από μόνο του είναι μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ιστορία αλλά και το σύγχρονο τρόπο ζωής που μοιάζουμε να χορεύουμε και εμείς μέχρι θανάτου.
Για να δώσουν οπτική υπόσταση στο τραγούδι οι Cellar Darling ζήτησαν από μια ιδιοφυή κολεκτίβα καλλιτεχνών να το μεταμορφώσει σε ένα δικό τους κόσμο εικόνων, πράγμα το οποίο και έκαναν με την υποστήριξη μιας ομάδας επαγγελματιών και βοηθών.

CELLAR DARLING released DANCE on 8 January 2021. Originally meant to be part of the band’s 2019 concept album The Spell, the song was completely rewritten during the summer and autumn of 2020.
Inspiration came from two sources: the dancing plague of 1518, which is a fascinating story in itself, and an engagement with our contemporary world: doesn’t it sometimes feel like we’re in the process of dancing ourselves to death?
To interpret DANCE visually, Cellar Darling asked a collective of brilliant artists to transform it into their own world of images, which they did with the support of an amazing team of professionals and helpers:
